Replacement only if item was found damaged by the customer.

Virtual Products( Membership etc): Membership can be canceled any time by the customer if they wish to do so. However, there will be no refund in case the customer cancels the membership himself/herself.
Membership canceled by FEDI is entitled to a refund.

Refund Policy for Physical Products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 of days.
